1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Long OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Long OS provides HVAC installation management software, including but not limited to:
- Job and work order management
- Crew scheduling and calendar tools
- Builder portal integrations
- QuickBooks synchronization
- AI-powered order intake automation
- Reporting and analytics
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Refunds
Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Long OS Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Your Data
You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., builder portals, QuickBooks). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of service of those third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Long OS Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
